Day one on the journey:
Fried Flounder.

I know to many the idea of being pescetarian seems an impossible feat especially if you only like shellfish or have allergies.

1. If you have allergies stay away from the pescetarian diet altogether.

2. Ask scary as fish is there are many great fish cuisines for the non-fish eater. Trust me I opened a pot of fish head stew once in my mother’s kitchen and swore them off for life. Since I have explored the pescetarian diet, my palette has grown to enjoy a variety of lighter fish like this flounder which is great alone, breaded and baked, fried, or grilled.
My last Non-Pescetarian Meal For the Next Thirty Days. It’s not too late join me in reincorporating vegetarian back into my life.

Anyway it was delish. Baked macaroni, the best I have ever made and it’s because I doubled the right ingredient this time. Don’t get me wrong it’s always good especially bacon-ed and red onion-ed out, but today’s was the best so far.

I also did Beef Stew as the main dish, it’s not as hearty as I usually work it, but I’m not grocery shopping until I plan to begin my diet change.

Excuse the pile of papers I’m working and multi-tasking means eating your daily meal where it necessitates being eaten.

Tea for Me

Maybe a book.

But I need to find my center.

I’m switching between Tetley and Mint.
